To avoid shipping costs for large items, or if you're local to Tilstock you may opt to "collect in store" during the checkout process - which will remove the shipping fees.


Items can be collected from our store during normal opening hoursYou'll receive an email notification when your order has been processed and is ready for collection. If we are not available when you plan to collect, we can usually arrange a collection location on the dropzone with some notice.


If you're using someone else you trust to collect your order in store, please let us know who it will be through 'Order notes' while checking out, or by contacting us directly. It will then be up to you and your chosen person to ensure your order gets to you safely.
