To avoid shipping costs for large items, or if you're local to Headcorn/Kent you may opt to "collect in store" during the checkout process - which will remove the shipping fees.
Items can be collected from our store during normal opening hours. You'll receive an email notification when your order has been processed and is ready for collection.
If you're using someone else you trust to collect your order in store, please let us know who it will be through 'Order notes' while checking out, or by contacting us directly. It will then be up to you and your chosen person to ensure your order gets to you safely.
