To start a rental with us, you will need to sign a Direct Debit mandate for the rental payments, and place a deposit via our website.

1. Signing the Direct Debit mandate


The regular (quarterly, monthly, or weekly) rental payments will be taken from your account via Direct Debit. Follow the link below to access the form:

You will only need to fill this form in once - this authorises us to take the agreed payments from your account for the rental. Each time a payment is due to be taken, we will email you to confirm the amount, the date of the charge, and the period of rental which the payment will cover - so no nasty surprises!



The tick box before the green button is not a terms & conditions checkbox. Most bank accounts do not require multiple people to authorise payments, but if your account does then you'll need to tick this box, and follow the extra steps that GoCardless presents. If you've accidentally selected this option, follow the link you are sent, and choose the option to skip this step. 


Once this is complete, you're all set. We'll contact you if we require any further information from you (either for security checks or to check the suitability of the equipment), otherwise standby for confirmation that the rig has shipped or is ready to collect. The first charge on the Direct Debit will be made on or shortly after the day you start the rental (this is usually the day you receive or collect the rig, but may be sooner, for example if we've agreed a collection and start date, and you don't show up to collect).


2. Placing the deposit

This page will show the items which are currently available, but does not always show upcoming availability. If you'd like to know about upcoming availability, just get in touch.


From this page, you can select the item you wish to rent, and the period you wish to rent for. Longer rental periods reduce the overall cost, but you are committing to a longer rental period. You can change the rental period at any time, and the change will take effect from the next renewal.


Example: You start renting a rig on the 10th February for a quarterly rental. You will be charged £490 to cover the period from 10th Feb to 10th May. In April, you email us to switch to a monthly rental. Your next charge (on or shortly after the 10th May) will be £210 and will cover the period 10th May to 10th June.


You will also need to fill out a few security details, including uploading photo ID. We use this to conduct security / fraud checks. These checks are quickest if the name matches on:

  • ID uploaded
  • Card used to pay the deposit
  • Direct Debit Mandate

If these do not match, we may still be able to accommodate the rental, but we may contact you or your home dropzone to conduct further checks.


Finally, you must confirm that the equipment is suitable for your experience level and that you will ensure you gain proper instruction in its use. We generally require a brief overview of your current experience level before confirming the rental, so if you haven't already been in touch with us by phone or email, then we may contact you to check this information.


From here, just add the deposit to your shopping basket and complete the checkout process as you would for a product purchase. You can choose to collect from us, or have the item shipped to your address.


3. Receiving the rental equipment

It's important that you inspect the equipment when you receive it, just as you would with a car rental. Every rental undergoes a thorough inspection by one of our team before being sent out to you, but you should in any case satisfy yourself of the condition of the equipment when you receive it.


If you notice any damage to the equipment upon receipt, please notify us immediately.


If the main canopy is packed, this is for convenience and transport only, and you should repack the canopy before your first jump.


Finally, enjoy using your rental equipment! Please treat it as your own, and remember that you are responsible for returning it in good condition at the end of the rental.


Remember, you can swap your equipment at any time (subject to availability) for no charge. You just pay shipping costs if applicable. This is a great way to try different containers and canopies to find what suits you best.
