Changing the Direct Debit Mandate
If you'd like the rental payments to be taken from a different bank account, you'll need to set up a Direct Debit mandate from the new account (following the link below), and then you'll need to contact us to switch your payments to the new account.

Please email us once you have done this and confirm that you'd like future payments to come from the new Direct Debit mandate. We will aim to switch it as soon as we can, but if your next payment is due within 10 days then the switch may occur after the next charge.
Please do not cancel the old mandate until the first charge has been made on the new one. There must always be at least 1 active mandate during a rental. Paying by card
It's possible to set up a recurring card payment for your rental. We still require an active Direct Debit mandate, however this will only be charged if the card payment does not work.
If you'd like to pay your rental invoices by card, please contact us. We will edit your invoice, which will give you the option to set up "Auto Pay", for the recurring charges to be made to your card instead of your Direct Debit.
Other payment methods
In some circumstances, we may be able to offer payment by bank transfer for quarterly rentals. A Direct Debit mandate will usually still be required.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash or cheque payments for rentals.
Paying the deposit
The deposit can only be paid on a credit or debit card. This forms part of our security checks required to release the equipment, and also allows us to quickly refund the deposit to you at the end of your rental.
Vouchers
If you have a voucher for a rental, please contact us to redeem it. You will still be required to set up the rental by placing a deposit and setting up a Direct Debit mandate.
Changing rental periods
Whether you want to shorten or lengthen your rental with us, simply send us an email letting us know what you'd like to do and we will apply the new dates and prices to your next renewal date.
