The equipment must be used for its intended purposes, following the guidelines of the relevant governing body or other authority in the place where it is being used.

Going Abroad

To start a rental, you must be resident in the UK, and the equipment can only be delivered to a UK address, however we usually permit the kit to be taken to the EU under certain conditions. If you are planning a trip away, please contact us to let us know where you are going and when, and we can confirm whether this will be permissible. We are primarily considering the climate and environment of your destination (and how long you will be there), as hot, dusty, and sandy environments will put increased wear on the rig.

We can typically offer more flexibility on longer term rentals. For example, if you've been renting with us for a year, a 2-week trip to Spain won't be a cause for concern, whereas we would be less likely to permit a single month rental which is to be used solely in a higher wear environment.

Unfortunately, our equipment cannot be taken to the USA. Unlike other countries, the USA do not recognise foreign repacks, and our equipment is inspected and packed according to British Skydiving regulations.

General Care

Please look after the kit as if your life depends on it. You should take the time to read the manufacturer manuals for the container, canopies, and AAD, along with regularly inspecting it for damage and wear & tear while it's in your care. We are always more than happy to advise if you need help performing any maintenance or inspection - drop in and see us in store (or at events), or drop us an email or give us a call.

You must not smoke in or around the kit under any circumstances. Any evidence that the equipment has been around cigarette smoke will forfeit the deposit.

We will complete a thorough inspection and repack the reserve canopy every 6 months - we will contact you when this is required to arrange this. If you are not local to us, we will typically arrange for a courier to collect it from you, and we will aim to return it within 5 working days.

Intentional water landings

The equipment may not be used for intentional water landings. If you would like to do intentional water jumps, please contact us, and we may be able to arrange specific equipment which can be used for this purpose.

Beach jumps

Some equipment may be used for beach jumps with our prior written permission. If you plan to do a beach jump, let us know before the start of your rental, as we only permit this on certain sets of equipment.

If you land on the beach (or sand), please ensure you get the canopy out of the sunlight as soon as you have landed, and carefully remove all sand before repacking the canopy.

Loaning to a friend

You may let other suitably qualified people use the equipment, but remember that you remain liable for it. If they were to cutaway and loose the main canopy, you would be responsible to us for the replacement costs.

We take the utmost care to maintain a fleet of modern, well serviced equipment for your use. Please treat the equipment with respect so that we can continue offering high-quality equipment to our future customers.
