We are always looking out for enthusiastic people who would fit with our company, so regardless of whether we are advertising an open position, we'd love to hear from you if you're interested in working with us. We're particularly interested in hearing from customer focused individuals with a strong desire to learn, as customer service is at the heart of what we do.

Any positions we are currently actively hiring for are listed on our careers page.

We typically deal with a lot of very specialist equipment, so being an active (or former) skydiver is definitely an advantage, as you'll need to be able to advise customers in detail on a range of products. However, with the right desire to learn, it is not absolutely necessary, and suitable training will be provided to enable a non-skydiver to be successful with us.

We don't take good employees for granted: We pay the Real Living Wage, we pay for all overtime, and we implement regular 2 way feedback reviews with staff.

We are an equal opportunities' employer, and we strongly believe that diversity brings many benefits to business and society as a whole. We believe that individuals perform best when they are valued and respected, and we have policies in place to ensure employees maintain a healthy work-life balance (for example, we always pay for overtime, and staff are never expected to answer work messages outside their working hours).

Since February 2020 we've paid at least the Real Living Wage to all employees. Not to be confused with the government legislated National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage, the Real Living Wage is an hourly rate calculated based on the cost of living, and is not lower for younger workers. For example, in 2022, the legal minimum wage for a 19-year-old is £6.83 per hour, however our commitment to the Real Living Wage mean's we'll pay at least £9.90 per hour.

We ensure all employees have regular appraisal meetings with another member of staff. These are structured to be a two-way feedback mechanism, for you to both give and receive feedback. This helps ensure that the expectations of both parties are always clear, ensures every opportunity for improvement, and gives you a regular semiformal avenue to raise any concerns you might have.

Our contracts all have equal notice periods (i.e. if we ask for a 2-week notice period, we offer the same in return), our holiday year runs on a rolling basis (avoiding the issues of "take it or lose it" holiday years and giving you more flexibility over when you save and use holiday), and all expenses and overtime are paid in full.

We care passionately about maintaining a respectful and positive culture where every team member can reach their full potential. This is key to our hiring strategy, and we actively seek out individuals who will contribute positively to our work environment.
