First and foremost, we're about customer service, and providing skydivers with the advice they need to make good choices regarding their equipment and otherwise. Yes, you really can bring us a second hand rig that you're considering buying elsewhere for a free valuation, with no obligation to spend any money with us. Helping you make the right purchase is more important to us than making a sale.
How is that a viable business model?
Despite our wide range of stock, there will be times when what we have to offer isn't the best option for you. If we can assist you in finding what you really need, even at the expense of making a sale, you're likely to choose us for your future purchases. Our business model revolves around having a trustworthy reputation in the community, which is much more valuable than making the wrong sale.
Rental equipment
In order to bridge the gap between jumping student gear from the DZ and owning your own equipment, we have a wide range of rental rigs, canopies, and AADs which can be rented monthly or quarterly. We pride ourselves on the diversity of the equipment we have available, and the flexible swap policy that allows a rental customer to try different models while considering what they may choose to purchase in the future.
Equipment sales
We have carefully selected dealerships with most of the top brands of skydiving equipment around the world. We offer free demos of a wide range of altimeters, helmets and rigs, competitive pricing, and an easy online shopping experience, as well as a walk in store in Kent.
Instruction & Coaching
As experienced skydivers, we give a lot of our time back to training new and experienced skydivers. Whilst most of this work is done through DZs, we occasionally run trips abroad or take direct private bookings, so please feel free to get in touch if you're looking for AFF, FS1 or 4 way coaching.

Overall, we'd call ourselves a "customer service company", as this is the one thing that ties all of our activities together and is always our primary focus.
