We offer rentals on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. The longer the period of the rental, the more cost-effective it is (i.e. the per month cost is lower if you rent quarterly and pay for 3 months at a time).

The most up-to-date rental prices will be shown when selecting your payment period when placing the deposit for your rental. If the figures shown on this page contradict the pricing shown when placing your deposit, the prices on the deposit page take precedence.

2023 Pricing

This pricing is applicable for rentals starting 21st April 2023 and later. For rentals starting before this date, please see below.

*Customers who have purchased the rest of their rig from us (container, reserve, AAD) are offered a 25% discount on canopy rentals. At 2023 pricing, main rental with this discount is £90 per month or £210 per quarter.

Switching Rental Period

You can change your rental period at any time. Just contact us and we will update your rental period according to your preferences. Your next renewal will then be based on your new period.

Example: Your last renewal was 10th Jan for a quarter, where you paid £540 for the period covering 10th Jan to 10th April. In February, you request to switch to monthly. Your next renewal will be 10th April for £240 to cover the period 10th April to 10th May.

Unless you have requested otherwise, rentals will continue on a rolling basis on the schedule you have chosen until you return the rental to us.

Price Increases

We typically implement a small price increase in February each year, usually roughly in line with inflation and the cost of acquiring new kit.

We do not increase prices for existing customer. The monthly or quarterly price when you started renting is the price you will continue to pay, regardless of our price increases for new customers.

Note: Existing customer pricing only applies to continuous rentals. If you return your rental and start a new rental at a later date, the new rental will be at the latest pricing. 

Swapping equipment during a rental (e.g. downsizing or trying a different model) does not affect this, you can swap equipment as often as you like with no impact on the price you pay.

Pricing is determined at the point of committing to the rental, i.e. the date the deposit is placed. If you place a deposit for a rental before a price increase, and the rental starts after the price increase, you will be charged at the earlier (lower) pricing, as shown when you placed the deposit.

Discounts

Customers who have purchased a new rig from us and paid in full are entitled to a 50% discount on rental until their new rig arrives.

Example: You've purchased and paid for a complete rig with a lead time of 4 months. Your full rig rental will be discounted by 50% from the date you make payment until the date your rig arrives.

Example 2: You've purchased and paid for a container, reserve and AAD, and intend to continue renting the main canopy long term. The container, reserve and AAD rental are discounted by 50%, and the main canopy rental is at full price. At 2022 pricing (£540 per quarter), this results in a quarterly cost of £360.

While you are renting at full price, you accrue a discount equal to 20% of the rental payments you have made, which can be used towards the purchase of a new rig. The discount is applicable to the components you purchase.

Example: You rent a complete rig for 2 quarters at £540 per quarter. Your accrued discount is £216 (540*2*0.2). You purchase a complete rig, and £216 is deducted from the purchase price of your new rig.

Example 2: You rent a complete rig for 2 quarters at £540 per quarter. You purchase an AAD and a main canopy, so your discount is based on the rental paid for those components, so you save £108 (270*2*0.2).

Old Pricing

The tables here are shown for reference for customers with existing rentals with us who may wish to switch their rental period or product (i.e. switching from rig rental to main only rental will count as a continuous rental and will retain old pricing)

2022 Pricing

*Customers who have purchased the rest of their rig from us (container, reserve, AAD) are offered a 25% discount on canopy rentals. At 2022 pricing, main rental with this discount is £75 per month or £180 per quarter.

2021 Pricing

*Customers who have purchased the rest of their rig from us (container, reserve, AAD) are offered a 25% discount on canopy rentals. At 2021 pricing, main rental with this discount is £56.25 per month or £135 per quarter.

Customers who have had a continuous rental with us from prior to 2020 should contact us if they require more information about their rental.
