Collections
Collections from Headcorn may be available as late as Sunday 24th December (Christmas Eve), but only by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a date and time if you plan to visit us at any times outside our published opening hours.
Backorders
For items which we don't hold in stock, the usual backorder lead times will apply. Many of our suppliers will be closed between 15th December and 3rd January, which may delay certain confirmations beyond their normal timeframes.
