Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our UK store in Kent unless otherwise specified.


Occasionally we may ask a supplier to "drop-ship" an item to you directly, however we will contact you if this may have any impact on you receiving your order.


Orders can be collected from our Headcorn store during our normal opening hours or by prior arrangement

Will I need to pay any import / tax / VAT when my order is delivered?

UK

All of our listed prices include UK VAT at the current rate, so the price you see is the price you pay, and there will be no additional fees due to us or any third party. If anyone contacts you requesting additional payments, please contact us immediately.


If you are VAT registered, you can download your VAT receipt from your account for orders placed via our website.


EU

Since Brexit legislation came into effect, we are no longer part of the EU VAT system, however we have a system in place to allow EU customers to continue purchasing from us without additional costs.


For orders under 150 Euros, we will declare the import via the new IOSS scheme, which means the order can be delivered to you without delay or additional fees.


For orders over 150 Euros, we will use our courier / broker (usually FedEx) to deliver the item to you "DDP" (Delivery Duty Paid), whereby they pay the duty & VAT due to your local customs authority on our behalf. Again, you should not be required to pay any additional fees to receive your order.


If anyone contacts you requesting additional payments, please contact us immediately.


If you are an EU business, you may wish to do the customs clearance yourself in order to reclaim the VAT from your local tax authority. You can set up your account to pay ex-VAT prices by following the information in our tax guide.
