For stock orders, returning for a size swap or refund can be made within 28 days of receipt by emailing us (replying to the order confirmation email is best). Naturally, returned stock should be in unused condition, except where returned because of a fault. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Returns or refunds cannot be made on custom orders (this includes products made to order, or products that were ordered in from abroad specifically to fulfil your order).
