For stock orders, returning for a size swap or refund can be made within 14 days of receipt via our online returns system (through your XDream account) or by contacting us. Naturally, returned stock should be in unused condition, except where returned because of a fault. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Returns or refunds cannot be made on custom orders (this includes products made to order, or products that were ordered in from abroad specifically to fulfil your order).
