We aim to provide the best value, not simply the cheapest price, so we do not typically price match to other retailers or offer regular discounts.
By offering products and services at a consistent and fair price to all customers, we are able to offer the best possible level of customer service and after sales support.
For example, after a large scale container recall in 2016, we were able to provide all affected customers with free rental equipment for up to a year as required - something we would not have been able to do by selling at a discounted rate!
We also have a range of demo equipment (e.g. helmets, canopies, altimeters and mounts, etc.) to try on for size, as well as jump for a day - completely free of charge.
