Adding to an existing order

If you'd like to order more items, and we haven't yet shipped your order, you can place a new order for the additional items, and request combined shipping in the order notes of the new order - please enter the original order number (e.g. "Please ship with order #1234)


If we are able to ship the orders together, we will refund the postage from one of the orders. If your combined order would have qualified for free shipping, we will refund the postage from both orders.


In cases where we are unable to ship the orders together (i.e. the second order is received after we have packaged or shipped the first), the postage from each order will remain payable.


Removing an item from an order / Cancelling an order

Stock Items

Email us with the order number and the items you'd like removing, and we'll take them off the order and refund the amount back to the original payment method.


If the order has already been dispatched, you may return unused stock items within 14 days for a full refund (excluding postage costs).


Unused stock items can be returned within 14 days. At Christmas, we extend this policy to allow all stock item orders placed in December to be refundable until 14th January.


Custom Items

Back order custom items are non-refundable as standard. Most custom order items are processed and ordered with our suppliers as soon as possible after we receive your order, so in most cases it will not be possible to cancel or return these items, however it may be possible to change the options - see below for more information.


Changing an order

Stock Items

Email us with the order number and the change you'd like to make, and we'll do our best to accommodate your change.


Custom Items

Back order custom items are usually not possible to change or refund after the order is placed. However, in certain circumstances, it may be possible to make certain alterations to an order, for example changing the size of a helmet, if it is requested before the item is shipped to us from our supplier. Please email us if you'd like to request a change, and we will get back to you to let you know if this is possible.


Most custom orders can't be changed after they are placed - but please feel free to contact us to check.
