Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the UK and to most EU countries. Currently, we do not ship to EU countries who do not allow Delivery Duty Paid (Belgium, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia) as we want to ensure we are offering a simple and consistent service where you are not faced with unexpected fees when receiving your order.


We can ship certain items outside the EU (and to excluded EU countries), please contact us for more information or a quote.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?


Update 2021: Currently, Royal Mail and FedEx are experiencing delays to their regular service times, with a percentage of next day deliveries taking 2-4 days. We appreciate your patience if your delivery is delayed.


Most UK deliveries should arrive next working day. Shipments outside the EU can vary, those sent with Fedex (most orders over 150 Euros) will typically take 2-3 working days, those sent via Royal Mail (most orders under 150 Euros) may take around 2 weeks.


Occasionally this may take slightly longer, so we recommend contacting us if you require an order before a certain date.


How we send items

Most parcels are sent via FedEx, and will typically require a signature on delivery - this may be from a neighbour if you are not home. Smaller items which can be sent in envelopes will usually be sent 1st class with Royal Mail, as are parcels sent to non mainland UK addresses (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Jersey).


We reserve the right to ship orders by any method determined to be most suitable by us, however if you have a preferred shipping method, please contact us when placing your order. This may incur extra charges.


You will receive an automated email once your order has been dispatched, and all orders are fully insured until they arrive with you.


Dispatch dates

Our average dispatch is 1-2 days for in stock items, but please allow 5 working days after your order is placed for stock items to be dispatched. If you require your items by a certain date, please get in touch, and we'll see what we can do.


Items that are not in stock or custom orders are subject to longer lead times. It will typically state on a product page what the estimated lead time is, however, if you are unsure, or it asks you to contact us before purchasing, please email us.

All dates provided are estimates, and refunds are not available for late deliveries, except where a date has been agreed in writing before ordering.


Taxes

By default, all orders are delivered with all taxes paid. For more information, see our shipping taxes page.


Packaging

We will always attempt to package your order up in the most efficient way that protects the goods inside and minimises shipping cost and carbon footprint.


We are working towards using as much recycled and recyclable packaging as possible for our products, and we encourage our customers to re-use or recycle received packaging.


Collections

It is usually possible to place an order for collection in store. You will receive a "ready for collection" email when the order is ready to collect, and we advise that you contact us to confirm when you plan to visit to ensure we are open.
